"Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you mad. " -Aldous Huxley
We are removing our blinders for this lively discussion lead by Dr. James McCoy of McCoy Chiropractic. Since 1968, Dr. McCoy has been on a quest for knowledge and truth. What he reveals may make you question everything you thought you knew. For instance, why are we being encouraged to eat whole grains when wheat is a major cause of obesity in this country? We have a healthcare system that is unaffordable for most. More and more clinics are refusing Medicare patients – how do we navigate this “Medicare Minefield?” Our old system of healthcare is broke. What we do know is that our body is made to be well but unfortunately between the lies and half-truths many of us are not even aware of how the body works and how it works best. Please join us. This seminar will serve as a foundation for additional seminars hosted by Dr. McCoy.
*Those attending seminars at the Sycamore Public Library should park across the street in the county’s parking lot, entrance off Locust Street.
Book Signing Coming Soon to Family Health Center
Barry Boschelli is a personal friend of David Butts and Lorena Butts. Barry grew up just a few houses away from John Wayne Gacy. Barry and John shared many adventures growing up as kids on the Northwest side of Chicago. In his new book to be published this fall (2008), “Johnny and Me” Barry Boschelli describes what it was like growing up with John Wayne Gacy in the 1950’s. He goes into detail describing incidents (and accidents) which were to have a profound effect on the young Gacy. This rare and unusual book is sure to become a collector’s item! Barry is embarking on a world tour to promote his new book. He will be making a stop in Sycamore for a book signing at Family Health Center. Watch our storefront windows for dates for the upcoming event. To get your advance copy of the book, please order from: www.johnnyandme.net or email at bboschelli@yahoo.com.
