PLEASE NOTE: Natural crystallization of MCT oil may occur if product is exposed to cold temperatures, such as refrigeration. Crystallization is normal and is not a sign of spoilage! Crystallization of MCT can be avoided if stored at room temperature.
Suggested Use:
Take 1/8 – 1/4 tsp (1-2 droppers) 1-3 times per day or a directed by your health care professional. Hold under tongue before swallowing for increased effectiveness.
