Online Terms and Conditions

Domestic Shipments Only

  • Orders will ship Monday through Friday. If an order is placed after 3:00 p.m. on Friday or during the weekend, it will ship on Monday.
  • Backordered items will ship when available – we will make every effort to contact you to inform you of the backorder status.
  • Shipments will be mailed via USPS – United States Postal Service.
  • All Shipments have a Flat Rate $8.50
  • IL Sales Tax will apply
  • We have the right to limit quantity or refuse an order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • We make every effort to package your order so that it arrives in good condition. Unfortunately, items sometimes do get damaged during shipment. Please contact us at 815-895-8151 or askfamilyhealth.com to notify us of the damage and we will make every effort to replace the products as quickly as possible.

Online Returns

  • You must email (askfamilyhealth@yahoo.com) or phone (815-895-8151) Family Health Center to obtain authorization for return. Only new, unopened items that have been purchased within 30 days and only through Family Health Center’s online site may be returned for refund, less shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the card that was used on the original shipment.

Rewards Card

  • Online purchases are not eligible for Reward Discounts or Reward Points. The Reward Card program is an in-store program only.
